Hidden Valley is a tribute to an invaluable resource, the land preserve that the roastery is located right next to. We donate 10% of all proceeds from selling this blend to the private land trust that ensures the continuing good health of the 2700 acres of the preservation. This blend of beans from Uganda or Timor (depending on availability), Congo, and Nicaragua is a rich layer cake with notes of smooth dark chocolate and pecan. It delivers, whatever the coffee making method.
