milk chocolate, almond. medium-dark roast. This is a very good water-processed decaf (see here for more info on different ways to create decaf). We have been really pleased with the steady high quality of the decaf from Honduras and Oaxaca, and this is the latest example. Importers note that “Santa Barbara, in the West of Honduras, has quickly gained a reputation for producing excellent coffees. The volcanic soil coupled with the microclimate produced by Lake Yojoa makes for amazing conditions to produce great coffee. San Vicente is a mill in Santa Barbara started in 2001 by the Paz family. They now export and assist other farmers with farming and processing.” Varietals: Pacas, Catuai, Catimor, Bourbon, grown at 1600 masl.
